Hello Game Maker Community.
I regret to announce that I will no longer be working to develop Game Maker. As many of you have already figured out, YoYo has completely taken over my initial business and at this point I have no say in what goes on whatsoever. I will now retire and continue to receive regular payments from YoYo but the rest is in their hands. I believe they want to discontinue Game Maker completely in favor of a Flash development kit.
My administrator privilege have been taken away by YoYo. I will no longer be active on the boards.

It has been a good time, I'm sorry.

@Mordi, IsmAvatar Nope it is not the space, it actually is the "a" if I'm correct. The A is not the normal-encoded character A (ASCII 65) but rather a character for the latin/cyrillic a, with the same shape.

It's a clever Halloween prank. I was certainly fooled at first, until I read the post replies.

I thought the "Mark Overmars" name was reserved; I'm surprised you were able to make a copy. Edit: ah, yes, the trick was the first "a". If you copy and paste it into notepad, it'll change into something else (depending on the font used)
